Chris Wray – My Story
I’ve spent a career in managing the overlap of people and technology. This has been managing teams of technical and client facing staff in such technology such as, telecoms, software, e-commerce and development. This work has taken me across the globe, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects as diverse as selling lingerie to helping stop poaching and deforestation. For the most part I’ve been the ‘safe pair of hands’ that takes responsibility for solving problems and delivering results through good tools and most of all good people. More recently I’ve been researching and testing the myriad of software tools and services that help businesses improve their workflow, increase productivity that ultimately leads to saving time and money.
Why Work With Me?
My principal aim is to keep things simple. As Einstein said ‘Everything should be made as simple as possible…’ The trouble with this is that making complex things simple, is that it’s actually much harder than it looks.
Qualifications and Experience
I’m a Prince 2 certified project manager and have been running my own consultancy since 2010. Prior to this I’ve worked in management positions in a number of global technology businesses. In honesty, the technology changes so fast, none of this matters and clients just like the way I work and that we work together to get results.
